I am looking for a tycoon/economy game like pizza connection, any ideas? It should not be too easy like “dave the diver”, which is nice but there is no real challenge IMHO.

    Have you tried Rimworld? The economy is as easy or hard as you like with mods and settings. There’s stuff like the hospitality mod where you can run guest rooms and a shop.

    I often just run a ranch and turn off most of the most vicious Raiders.
