I just got my steam deck yesterday.

64 GB steam deck. I love it I can play the games I love. The deck can very much handle AAA gaming and I’m impressed by the stability and fluidity of the device. I just couldn’t stop gaming. If this, is their first attempt at a handheld pc I can’t wait to see what they are going to do for the steam deck 2. That device makes me so excited for the future.

However I just saw I had a dead pixel. I know one dead pixel is not much but it can be quite annoying. I contacted the tech support. How long am I going to wait for them to fix it ? I’m worried I will not get it back for the holidays.
