Hello everyone,

I received my Steam Deck on 27/11, and it worked for 5 minutes. After the update (when you first log on), it never turned on again. I’ve tried numerous different procedures found on Reddit and Steam support, but I can’t even access the BIOS. I managed to perform a restoration via an external screen, confirming that the issue lies with the display. However, now it doesn’t even turn on.

For the past week, I’ve been in contact with support, and they respond once every two days with unhelpful information. This isn’t my first time going through an RMA; I did it for my previous LCD Steam Deck, and it went smoothly. However, this time, I am truly disappointed. I still don’t have a solution proposed by support. They respond half the time and seem to be missing the point.

I just wanted to share my experience and express my frustration.

Have a good day!
