What do you mean “no support other than software”? If the whole idea about Fairphone is to make phones that easy to be repaired, why would they also offer extensive hardware support?
Hardware support in India is near impossible to get since it is out of EU.
I get that, but AFAIk they don’t have any special support anywhere. What kind of support would you expect here?
We can’t get the phone easily, parts are similarly impossible.

I don’t care if screen’s shittier, or battery lasts less. That’s almost part of the point! Stop the useless overuse of smartphones! Make it an actual tool, not a drug.
