Wearable computers are small computing devices worn on the body, ranging from general-purpose systems like smartwatches to specialized sensors for health monitoring and augmented reality. The technology is defined by its constant interaction with the user, allowing for hands-free, eyes-free access to data and computational support while the user engages with the physical environment.
