In nearly same price, i have options to buy a laptop with i7 13650hx and rtx 3050 6gb OR i7 13620h and rtx 4050 6gb. One has better cpu and other has better gpu, which one should i choose and what will bottlneck more.

Get the 4050, it has support for Frame Generation which is a huge plus.
The CPU will be fine.
