I had ordered a S23 Ultra on 27th october and as per the current promo they’re giving a free charger with the phone.

The delivery date on the website is 1st November, which is today. I called them to ask the status and they said they don’t have the charger available so they’ll need 5 additional days to deliver the phone.

I asked them if they can make two separate deliveries, of the phone and the charger but they denied.

I had to ask them to cancel the order, will order it from Amazon instead.
