frustrated because I was really enjoying my new rm2 since I’ve had it 8 days now but yesterday the pen started leaving weird flick marks on the end of the last letter of every word and it would get worse and worse. I’ve done a factory reset, have changed tips, blowing into the hole of the pen, magnet recalibration, cleaned the screen - nothing is fixing it.

I did submit a ticket to customer service yesterday morning but haven’t heard back yet. But even if I receive a marker replacement? Is it worth keeping? Between that and the slow lag - and then the most annoying thing to me which is not being able to add a page or move a page from a journal into a PDF ( I’m using it for planning and journaling and I wish I could add in different PDF pages into the digital planner I imported ) … I’m just not sure why I should keep this over getting another eInk device or even a tablet.

Help! Has anyone else had this issue? And when fixed did it stay resolved? It’s a pretty big purchase to me - and want to make sure it will be worth the cost. Thanks!!
