I’ve seen it can run on low graphics but is it dose it still look good or is it just not worth getting?

Well it runs fine, but personally I didn’t really enjoy the game considering I had multiple game breaking bugs during my playthrough

Speaking of this topic. I recently purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from GOG instead of Steam solely to have a DRM free copy. (I also own it on PS4, but we know what a dog pile of an experience is like.)

Anyways to the point, I can’t seem to get the game to download using Lutris, meaning it gets the point of almost finishing the different parts but seem to fail before I can get to the install point. This sucks because now I’m regretting getting it on GOG and not Steam when it was on sale. Any help would be appreciated. (Sorry, forgot to capture pictures)

I played hundreds of hours and 100% the game all on my deck. It’s super doable and a fantastic game on handheld.

No, it’s not really worth getting for anything. Talk about a mid game. People just get impressed by graphics I guess. CDPR are the absolute pits when it comes to making fun games.

I think the question is: do you have another place to play it? If you have a PS5, Xbox series x, or really nice PC I’d play it there. I own the game on the Xbox series X and steam deck. When using the series x I have played on a 5 year old LCD screen and more recently on a new 120hz OLED. Both of these experiences were far better than the Steam deck. I prefer an experience of 60fps or higher. That being said, the cyberpunk runs and looks ok at a locked 30fps but I find 30fps to break some of the emersion. If you don’t have another option and the steam deck is your only way to play cyberpunk then go for it. The game is still enjoyable there, just not my first choice of place to play.

Once again, people are pretending this game is legible on the Steam Deck. If you have older eyes or have trouble reading small text, skip this if you intend on playing this on the Deck.

The mini map, for example, is nothing but a blur because it’s too small to be rendered at 1200x800. Heck, even sitting on the couch at a fair distance from a 55" TV, text in the game can be hard to read sometimes. This game was designed for people who play at their desks.

You can have moments of it working well but I honestly don’t like it. The visual hit it takes to get the graphical settings low enough and still using FSR at 40 hz dips in the 20s and it kills the batter very very fast. I played for several hours on my deck and decided it wasn’t worth it for me.

Is it worth using the search feature of Reddit or Youtube? I guess we’ll never know.

Don’t listen to these morons, it’s amazing on the steam deck, I played the entire game on pc and then also on ps5 and so far my favourite experience is on the deck. 100% would recommend, only thing I would say is change the sprint button to something a little easier but I do that for every game tbh
