Hello. I bought an S23 last August and it came with a free Galaxy Buds 2. Recently the right bud was not working or connecting. Weirdly, it is still charging and drains the case. I already tried resetting the buds. I contacted the store I bought it from (not an official Samsung store, they sold it cheaper and came with more freebies). They told me it is not covered by any warranty. Is this usually the case?

Depends, actually like where I bought my s23+ they gave me a freebie of tab a7 lite and the warranty and receipt I received said they freebies not cover under warranty.

If you got it from a non authorized retailer, then they’re probably selling gray market products from overseas. Those don’t carry a warranty. Are you US based?
