Does the S23ultra have to be unlocked to get the update? I have Verizon locked right now, no option to update in the settings menu or Samsung members app. Sorry for the noob question, thanks

It’s not out yet for US models, neither unlocked or carrier versions. It’s only been released for Europe right now.
