decent storage capacity for a steam deck? Yes, this is a question. I just want to know how much internal capacity can be upgraded from the base? Can the maximum be installed on an NVME GEN 3 SSD only and what is the r/w speed, and is there a speed limitation for micro SD at 100mb/s?

The internal SSD can be upgraded to whatever you’re willing to pay. 1TB is a relatively common upgrade. Same for SD. Max speed for SD is limited to UHS-1 speeds though, so yeah, 100mb/s.
