As the title says, I get 5.7 in balanced and 6.0 in high performance. Both modes have a max of 100% . Is there any way to get 6GHz in balanced mode?

To achieve 6GHz, you’ll require a substantial amount of power. I assume the balanced mode is there to prevent this. If you want to run at 6GHz, you’ll need to accept that your PC will consume more power. If that’s not what you want, then don’t use the performance mode.
