It just shows up for me when I short press the TV button. I considered it a thoughtful improvement in TVOS 17. In any case, I was surprised to see the apparent heartache it caused the OP. 🤷♀️
Just an annoyance, maybe a minor headache but definitely not a migraine despite many replies seem to make my simple question (can it be disabled) a world changing request.
