Depends. For gaming, obviously not, it’s a Celeron and the IGP of the Celeron that’s even weaker than the UHD that was in the Core line.

For basic tasks, with 16GB and a quad core even if it is a Celeron it’ll do just fine. Basic office, consuming media, simple webcam calls with family, email, web access. It won’t have issues. For more complex tasks…it’ll have issues. It is only 4 threads.

Is it reliable? Probably, but no guarantees. Most of the Chinese manufacturers actually get their laptops from the same actual places nowadays, and while it won’t be amazing quality, it won’t fall apart any worse than other consumer-oriented laptops. Batteries is usually the major thing that the Chinese OEM’s still don’t do well.
