I have made this post earlier this week.
Mostly, I asked suggestions about changing my watch because of battery life and some of you were quick to point out that Apple were offering battery service for a fee, which I was unaware of.
Went to my local Apple Store, and Genius Bar told me they only offered services following certain criteria. On the site, it says I can simply send it and they will repair it.
I was confused and asked the chat for a clarification. Basically, they told me I was SOL. I added the screenshots of the transcripts below.
What would be your plan of action about that?

They don’t replace the battery. They replace the whole watch. So if your battery is above 80% capacity, they won’t do it, on account of the cost to them.
