      There have been some ups and downs, but I’m generally more capable than I was when I first got my watch. Having a family certainly makes you more active!

    I’ve had an Apple Watch since Christmas of 2019, which as of 10/26/23 is 4x365-60+1 = 1401 days. The equation here is years accomplished x 365-Days remaining until next year mark+Leap Days (2/29)
