Im considering buying a rM2 second hand because new is a bit too expensive for me. My worry is battery life since replacing it is not easy I have found out. So how is the battery life after some years of usage. Is it still good or do you notice a big difference?
3 years and one month user, every day while working, always in airplane mode, is I have a 5 days that I write all day long it lasts one week, if I have lighter days, lasts a bit longer, but never 2 weeks
Wow my battery never lasted a week. And I am on airplane mode and turn it off when I didn’t use it
I have kept my RM2 plugged in for the past 2.5 years, with a 6-month stretch where it was locked in a safe when the battery was totally drained. Its total capacity is now 90% of what it was when new (full charge capacity is now 2794 mAh, and its design capacity is 3083 mAh).
why always plugged in? Doesn’t bother you the cable sticking out at the bottom? I always avoid using while charging because of it
Multiple year owner here, no issues so far with it dying fast. I always forget to charge it because its been so long since the last charge.
