Idk maybe, but I feel bout time that gets released on of maybe 2025 the more upgraded steam deck will be out

Yes.
Remastered and Miles Morales run well above 40fps on medium settings. It might have some performance issues in heavier scenes, but I expect it should run at 30fps most of the time, even if you do have to resort to minimum settings.
Should run at 30 knowing insomniacs other releases especially ratchet and clank which was ps5 only but time will tell
