And now it’s 50 bucks cheaper than it was on sale PLUS I could’ve just gotten a 512gb OLED instead for just a bit more??? Seems kind of messed up of Valve to discount a soon to be obsolete product without telling anyone the refresh is right around the corner. They really made it seem like the steam deck upgrade would be years away… Is it wrong to feel robbed?

A few years ago I bought an Oculus Quest 1 and the Quest 2 released very soon after. I felt like a fool and I didn’t even get it on sale which is even worse because the Quest 2 was like 25% cheaper than the Quest 1. Did that make my quest 1 obsolete? No, I could still do everything I wanted when I first bought it
