So my OG steam deck just died out of warranty. This is just in time for the new OLED deck.
Do you guys think I will be able to throw in my old deck’s ssd and boot with that setup?
I would hate to have to erase my whole setup.

I’d say it’s completely fine, just like cloning a drive from one windows PC to another. I doubt you’d have and issues or need to reformat
