Played PC first and I feel like it slows down a bit on the deck. Like the animations are slower or time is slowed down ever so slightly.
Overall it’s still great but curious if I’m going crazy or not
Try setting the “Fullscreen Display” option in settings to “Auto-Detect (Exclusive)”. The game works fine for me, but I’ve seen a few linux users say that the game ran in slow motion until they changed that option.
That definitely improved it dramatically! Timing the seconds with a timer it still seems ever so slightly slower but this setting made it less painful

Game speed in this is also tied to framerate, so if you’re playing with a framerate limit below 60 it’ll play slower.
