How long did they take to reply?
They replied within 3 hours and then I got the refund within 12 hours
They still didn’t reply for me. It has already been 16h
Sorry for me it is not clear what does this mean that they wil put a order for the SD oled for you and you have to pay back the difference when you send back the orginal steam deck
It means they give you a full refund on your wallet and you can buy the same model for the new price, the remainder stays on the wallet. They said REpurchase
