Are there any foreign TV shows for purchase for the Apple TV app? I was subscribed to the Topic streaming service but I would prefer to just outright buy seasons as opposed to keep having to pay monthly for a streaming service. Thank you!

I guess that all depends on your interpretation of what’s foreign, being in the UK I’d say all the US TV Shows are classed as foreign Lol
What’s available is also going to be dependent on which country you’re actually in.
