I am clueless with pcs, so I’m not sure what I should buy. I want to buy a gaming laptop to use for school as well. I want to be able to play games like apex legends smoothly. Budget is around $1500 AUD (1000 USD), but can look at laptops with a normal price around $2000 (1300USD) AUD with black Friday coming up.

Need:

16gb ram

512gb storage

15.6 inches or below

Over 5 hours of battery life for normal school use, battery life when gaming doesn’t really matter.

Want:

Portable, preferably lightweight

1 tb of storage would be good, but not that important
