Who here thinks that they will eventually sell the OLED screen on iFixit and it will be a drop in replacement for the LCD model? Man I sure hope so. I know screen replacements are hard but if you get a new top case from say JSAUX then it could be pretty good. The physical size hasn’t changed according to most reviewers so unless they changed the connectors I don’t see why it couldn’t be a drop in replacement. Resolution nor aspect ratio has changed so no BIOS change necessary? Not sure about the HDR and the 90hz though……

It’s not very nice for the last month buyers of the deck. There was literally zero communication about this device coming in the short to middle term.
