Will I still be able to play under one account? At the same time even? Would make a cool family gift that wouldnt require to spend more money for games.

    Only time you’ll be able to play at the same time is if you go in offline mode on one, and that doesn’t track playtime at all.

    Steam only allows you to play under one account at a time. I have tried it myself: Launched Steam on two different devices with my account and tried to launch two separate games, got a message that I already was playing on one.
