Being absolutely fuming that it’s only available in North America, I decided to use a parcel forwarding service to get it in the UK. However, going to the purchase page simply says “Not available in your country”. Is there any way I can change my Steam account region so it will at least let me make the purchase? Also, does anyone have any parcel forwarding service recommendations?
I tried to make a new account while a VPN was active and it told me to disable my VPN.
Make sure that your browser cookies are cleared or to use a different browser, or else Valve will recognize that you changed region.
Also don’t use free VPNs, they can often be detected by Valve. Rather, use free trials of premium VPNs.
