So i tried to overclock my i9-9900k in Extreme Tuning Utility

So i tried im kinda new to overcloking at first i wanted to do it throught the bios but im scared people say its easy but yeah… So i tried the Extreme Tuning Utility and here the Turbo Boost Technology is locked cannot turn it on any idea why?
