I want to know if I can make it so some notifications pop up but make no noise but idk how other than having no notification noise at all

In your phone’s Settings go to Apps tap on any app you want to do that to then tap on Notifications and you can set it as you want.
At the bottom of the options you get on this screen is “Notification categories” With some apps you can further refine what type of notifications you get
you can set it，but some apps don‘’t obey this setting
Go to this part I think you can do what you want.
