Better screen, slightly better battery, same performance.

If all you care about is the devices screen, or if you haven’t bought the deck yet, the OLED is perfect for you.

If you’re someone who actually plays a fair amount of games on their deck, the OLED model doesn’t bring any increase in performance other than a little more battery life.

If you already own the deck, I don’t see the hassle of selling your current deck, that has lost value because of the price drop only to then chip out money again to get a refreshed deck that will pretty much be the same experience performance wise. Only, it will be looking through a OLED screen instead of a LCD one.

If you don’t have a deck yet, I’d pull the trigger. If you already have one, it seems like a waste of money imo. No performance gains, only a slightly better experience visually.
