Does anyone have a replacement for the secure folder seeing how they aren’t letting you back up anymore? I am looking for a secure folder for pictures than can be backed up.

Of course you can backup, just get an app like FolderSync installed in there and backup what you want wherever you want.
since when (which version?) there’s no backup possible?
