I found out yesterday my 3 year old laptop is unable to be fixed and I need a new one , I don’t know much about laptops. I just want one that will last more than 3 years, not a chromebook, portable, and that’s just basic. I’ll be using it for school and randomly searching the internet, also playing roblox. My budget is around 1000$CAD Thank you

    Dell XPS 13, they have good battery life, run windows, and is powerful enough to run Roblox.

    Asus zenbook, powerful, good screen, okay battery life

    Hp pavilion plus, powerful, decent battery, great screen

    Lenovo ideapad 5 and the dell inspiron are good laptops too. I know could name off over a dozen good laptops, these are 5 good ones, I think would be a good choice.
