Honestly after seeing how much better the 45 fit than I expected, I was tempted to switch to an Ultra 2. But damn that’s quite a price hike. I could buy my wife a 41mm and the two would cost the same as one Ultra lol. But they are badass.

Already had my mind made up as far as case and band color when I was considering buying this thing. Wish there was a first party black sport band tbh, I saw a midnight at the store and it just wasn’t “black” enough lol. I might switch it up later but it’s hard to beat this combo imo. It came with a Storm Blue band which is ok but to my surprise the s/m size barely fits and I am not a big dude.

i recommend getting a protective case for the screen and sides of the watch. the slightly noticeable scratches after the first few weeks really irritated me lol

I have the ultra too 45, whatever the biggest one is and it looks huge on my little wrist lol. I still rock it. I mean there’s obviously the odd person whom it’s just really too big but that’s not super common. Just do you man. They are awesome!
That’s the thing though, this isn’t just my first Apple Watch, it’s my first watch period so I really wasn’t sure how it was gonna turn out. And it was was indeed “huge” on my wrist, I wouldn’t like it lol.

I did the exact same thing.
1st got the Midnight 41mm S9, but ended up exchanging it for tor 45mm.
The 41mm fit well on my 160mm wrist, but I just prefer the look and feel of the 45mm.
