Just curious from those that have tinkered with the Deck hardware and know more than me. I haven’t opened up mine yet but if a screen swap was relatively easy I’d consider it.

Gamers nexus did a teardown comparison on the OLED and LCD. The motherboard is different, fans, and daughterboard, those are the physical differences so far. The internal was all refitted because of the thinner OLED. Dont swap out the screen.
