Currently looking for a new phone, can’t find any 256gb A54’s that aren’t locked to T-Mobile in the states

    Samsung’s website has the A54 for sale unlocked or locked to ATT, T-Mobile or Verizon.

    I bought one unlocked there.

    Only the SM-A546U and the SM-A546U1/DS (128GB models) are on AT&T’s approved whitelist. So unfortunately, the answer would be no.
