I’ve used Android for the past decade and came over to an iPhone 15 Pro Max from a S23 Ultra. Now these 2 our top tier phones so comparisons don’t show much differences as they are both incredible devices but I just really have to note something. I’ve used Galaxy Watches and my most recent Watch 4 to Apple Watch Series 9 and wow what a difference like night and day.

Apple Watch is so much smoother in every way, it feels a generation ahead, I can reply to messages so much faster, integration with apps is so smooth and animations, just everything. Galaxy Watches and WearOS in general just feel so outdated and slow compared to Apple Watch.

Same, came from s23 to 14 pro max after going to android from an iPhone 6. One of the main draws to come back to Apple for me was the watch. I had so many android/tizen watches looking for something good, and they’re just wank.

I switched from GW4 to AW7 and it feels that AW is generation behind:

    1. I am not notified about incoming Telegram/Viber calls as on GW4 - only after the missed call!

    2. I cannot see number of notifications and apps icons for these notifications as on GW4 - only the red dot which can be anything ranging from one message to hundreds of them from different apps.

    3. When I look at my pulse graph on modular watchface - I constantly see “XX 26-30 MIN AGO” when on my GW4 I could see real time measurements at a glance.

    But, Yes, AW7 is smoother…
