They’d need to drop one of the high end M chips in there to even come close to getting into the gaming market. At $300 you can just get an Xbox Series S and have a better and larger selection of games than Apple can supply at the moment. They got a long way to go…
Put an M chip in them and sell the Pro version for $300. Then get some AAA games on Apple Arcade. That will be a worthy console.
$300 is extremely low.
