I am wanting to pick up a remanufactured or lightly used MacBook for under $550. What would the best options for me to look out for? I’ve been looking at i5 and i7 MacBook Pros, but I know Intel MacBooks are pretty out of date.
Any input is welcome!

The general rule of thumb is go for Apple silicon if you can find one in that price range.
