I extracted other 7 screws but this one gave me a hard time and now it is stripped to the point no driver can extract it. Is there any way to extract it or should I just give up?

Try the rubber band method, put one over it and stick the screw driver in and twist hard and slowly
Use a flat head.
Small flathead and tap it out with a hammer
