Let’s assume someone keeps their original Steam Deck in-box (never opens it) and sells it 25 years from now or even 30 years, it’s highly unlikely to still be supported… Will we still be able to log into our Deck’s for a first-time set up? Or will they just be essentially bricks/paperweights?

Yeah. Not worth getting one now. Just wait for the Steam Deck 10 in 30 years.
