    Also what’s the point of replacing a device that can be operated with just one hand with a device that needs two hands to operate? Even if it works perfectly… why bother? What does that improve?

    If this tech allowed you to project an interactive display into open space in front of you, that would actually be an improvement. Or even just projecting it onto a wall. But something that requires both hands to operate, is objectively worse than a smartphone.
