I have 4x16gb kit - G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 64GB (4x16GB) RGB DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC.

Just testing an upgrade from 12900k and got BSOD immediately.

Memtest fails with 4 sticks running at XMP, but does not fail running only one or two sticks.

Memtest does not fail on 4 sticks at XMP on the 12900k

So far memtest is running without any errors (yet) on the 14900k downclocked to 3200 mhz with all other settings at xmp levels.

I will try testing the ram sick by stick and slot by slot on the mobo, also try to re install your cooler making sure the cpu is well installed and with enough pressure!

All scenarios tested with two cpus and two ram kits. Only the 4 sticks at xmp doesn’t work with 14900k.

14900k + MSI z790 tomahawk WIFI DDR4 BEWARE 4 ram sticks wont operate over 2666mhz, only 2 sticks go to 3200,3600,4000mhz. I used corsairs vengeance pro 4000mhz cl18 4x8gb kit. funny thing is the ram works perfectly in 2 other MSI motherboards with my 11600k and my 12600. MSI tech Support says memory OC is not guaranteed. BUYER BEWARE.

MSI usually shows the default voltage in grey when on auto but doesn’t for this vccsa. Where to find the defaults so I can test off setting safely. Vddq shows 1.35 auto.
