Hi all, i was wondering what possible best gpu i could fit with my i3 9100f without having a lot of bottleneck?

That’s a pretty weak CPU. Paired with a 1080p 144hz monitor, you can get something in the range of a 7700xt, 4060ti, or 6750xt without leaving much on the table. With 1440p you can go one step up from those cards.
