Hello, I am looking to buy a laptop for my wife. She will be using it for office work and netflix/youtube. I asked and she would prefer a 14’ laptop. I am trying to decide between these two laptops, does anyone own either and can comment about the battery life/noise/heat or general thoughts of either laptop?

Zenbook 14 (3402) Intel i7-1360p version

and

Lenovo Slim Pro 7 - AMD 7840hs version

I know there are different processor versions of each of these laptops so have specified which one I am considering for each. I tried searching on Reddit but could only find comparisons between the 7840u and i7-1360p. Kind of leaning towards the Zenbook. Thank you in advance!

    The P processor usually uses less power than a H or HS version, so more likely it will last longer on battery. The U versions even longer.

    However, if you are heavily using it, it could be that the stronger processor only has to work hard for a short while and then switch to the more efficient cores, so it isn’t black and white.
