I got my steam deck a couple of days ago. Played it for a while, but now Oled upgrade is annaounched and coming. I opened the packaging, played for about 5 hours, but now I really want the oled version. Can I still return my Steam Deck? I did a factory reset on it, and put it in the same packaging and everything. Ps. Im living in the EU.

Sounds like a question for valve, but i would say just start a return and don’t bring up how you want the OLED model at all, just say you’re dissatisfied or something and return it. They’ll just resell it as refurbished later.
I got a refund after playing on it for over a week. Even stated so in refund request I lodged.
How long did it take to get your refund after Valve received the return? They received mine yesterday, and I won’t pull the trigger on the OLED until I get the refund
