I picked up one of the new smart tags recently. I know that Air Tags have a “lost message” that you can view via a URL provided by an NFC scan. It looks like the Smart Tag 2 also has this feature. Scanning the tag via NFC launches a browser with a generic lost message. I can’t find a way to customize the lost message. I’d like to include my contact information. I can’t find anything about this feature online

You can add your phone number, email, and choose 1 of 4 preset messages. In Smartthings, view the device on the map. Then click on More and then Lost Mode.

  Ah thank you. I completely missed Lost Mode when setting it up
