I’m trying to upgrade the ram on my laptop but I can’t because this and one other screw are stripped so I can’t unscrew it.

it doesnt seem stripped, does it spin free and doesnt back out?
Common sense would tell you to just use the correct Phillips bit size. But you don’t seem to have any as the screw doesn’t really look stripped at all.
That doesn’t look stripped. If you use the right screwdriver you should still be able to get it out.
