Don’t forget the improved durability of etched. Anything I ever have with a glossy screen gets small scratches no matter how careful I am. And that drives me insane. I took a really close look at my original steamdeck with etched glass and not one single scratch. That’s after a year of heavy use and even dropping it multiple times.
