Anyone know of Apple will consider allowing VPN software installs?

I know that appletv allows software installs but only some not all

    ExpressVPN has a DNS function called Mediastreamer which can allow you to see foreign streams. It works well with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Prime Video. It doesn’t work with Paramount and TVNZ for some reason. You have to set it up and the instructions are on the website.
